Accessing services
Potential new clients can call our offices with a transport request.
An assessment is made to ensure the person enquiring is eligible for the service, and to best match clients to their transport needs.
Clients are asked to make a contribution towards the cost of their trip.
We also receive referrals from Community service providers, GP’s, Community Health, and the Health Transport Unit.
We require reasonable notice of an appointment to enable our staff to
co-ordinate the trip - so please call as soon as you have your appointment time.
We welcome both positive and negative feedback regarding our services - If you have a complaint, or a compliment, please contact the Manager by calling, writing or emailing our office.
